I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a luxurious experience. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, including a private balcony overlooking the city. the bar/lounge area was beautifully decorated and provided an excellent atmosphere for relaxation. Service exceeded my expectations as the staff was responsive to my every need. This venue is perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat, as it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cons: While the restaurant provided a diverse range of cuisine, the quality of the meals was not up to par with the five-star standards. this was only a minor issue and did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location near the airport and mall of Istanbul was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. a great experience and we will definitely return.

I had a great stay at this hotel with my family. The location was perfect, being very close to both the airport and the touristic areas of the city. We were able to easily explore the center of Istanbul and visit some major shopping malls nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable experience for all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and Turkish bath facilities.
The English language skills of some staff members were limited, which caused some communication challenges during our stay.

Big apartment, beautiful indoor pool, friendly staff, sometimes forget room service items. Courteous staff, upgraded suite, recommended for small families. Well-decorated room, close to the airport and mall, helpful staff. Close to airport and mall, large suites, good breakfast, need a car, free parking. Convenient location, Ali at reception is great.
